Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience and knowledge in Tally ERP and expertise in all the tools and features provided therein. Master maintenance, MIS generation, export\import excel & PDF, data consolidation.
  • Computer savvy with good command over the internet. Proficient in office administration including MS Word, MS Excel, and automation.
  • Basic knowledge of Accounts and GST- purchases, sales, input credit, output tax, and other components.
  • Well aware of functions like payment processing, invoicing, receivable management, and cash management.
  • Purchase Order/ Sales Order and Dispatch preparation of all orders and liaising with transporters.
  • Coordination with Sales and Warehouse teams.
  • Managing colleagues, workloads, deadlines, and is process-oriented.
  • Should be prompt and accurate in the documentation.
  • To do office-related Fieldwork, if required.
  • Excellent communication skills, must be soft-spoken with neat handwriting.

  • The Candidate will be responsible for Managing our Back-Office Operations, including Proficient Email communications, Purchase Coordination, Sales Coordination, Tally entries, and reports, etc
  • The candidate should be having Multi-Faceted Skills and Should be a Self-Starter, Multi-Tasker, Go-Getter.
  • The person should have a long-term vision and zeal towards his/her career development.
  • Willingness to learn and do the job for a long duration is desired.
  • Hardworking and Sincere.
